Is this made for cleaning businesses?
Yes. Cleaning is the first supported industry. Civik Work brings recurring visits, customers, team assignments, checklists and job money into one workspace.
Does my team need to download an app?
No. Staff use Civik Work in their phone browser. They can open assigned jobs, follow checklists, add photos and record working time. An internet connection is needed; offline working is not included.
When does the trial start?
Request your trial and we’ll contact you to arrange your workspace. Your 14 days begin when it is activated, not when you send the request. No card is required.
What happens after the first six months?
The first six paid months are £49/month for up to 20 users. From paid month seven, £49 includes 10 users, with £3/month per additional user. If you keep 20 users, that is £79/month. No VAT is added while Civik Limited is not VAT registered.
Can I buy a subscription today?
Not yet. Trial requests are open, and paid checkout is still being connected. We’ll confirm the subscription and its terms with you before any payment. Requesting a trial does not place a paid order.
Does it run payroll or take card payments?
Civik Work records job charges, approved staff pay and customer receipts, and can email invoice PDFs. It does not calculate statutory payroll or submit tax returns. Online customer card payments and automated subscription checkout are not currently included.
Who can see my staff information?
Workspace roles and job assignments control access. Restricted staff records require owner access and a verified two-step session. Optional staff fields can be left blank. Read the privacy information for the current arrangements.
