The trial lasts 14 days from workspace activation. Requesting a trial does not create an account, reserve a workspace or start the clock. Civik Limited will contact you to arrange access and setup.
Launch pricing
- For your first six paid months after the trial: £49/month for up to 20 users.
- From paid month seven: £49/month includes 10 users. Additional users cost £3 each per month.
- Keeping 20 users from month seven costs £79/month.
- Owners, managers, supervisors and staff who have their own login count towards the user total. A saved staff record without login access does not count as a user.
- Civik Limited is not VAT registered. No VAT is added to these prices.
- For more than 20 users at launch, contact us to confirm the setup and price before subscribing.
Before any subscription
We will confirm the user allowance, payable amount, billing dates, renewal/cancellation arrangements and applicable subscription terms before taking payment. The planned subscription is monthly, with cancellation before the next renewal. This page is an offer summary, not the final paid-service contract. No annual commitment or automatic trial charge is created here.
What you’re trying
Civik Work is initially for cleaning businesses. The current product includes scheduling and recurring visits, job checklists and photos, customers and locations, team access and leave requests, job-money review, invoice emails and receipt recording. It does not provide statutory payroll, tax returns, offline working or automatic card collection.
